The Conversation Project in Boulder County (TCPBC), a program of TRU Community Care, is looking for personable volunteers to help people share their healthcare wishes and have important end-of-life conversations.

Volunteers may choose one or both of the following ways to share their time:

• ·Provide 1:1 coaching to support individuals as they clarify their values, select a healthcare agent, and complete advance directives.
• ·Facilitate educational presentations in the community for groups of 5 or more people.  Presentations are offered in-person and virtually. 

No experience is needed—training and materials are provided.  Your ideas and expertise are welcome. Make a meaningful difference by helping your community talk have “The Conversation.””
